I am an OEF/OIF Outreach Contact Rep. I call recently discharged veterans from the VA Health Resource Center in Topeka, KS. I am part of a team that provides them with all their benefit information by making outbound calls. We help clarify things such as where and who to contact for which benefit and help them get enrolled in VA Healthcare. Most of the veterans we contact aren’t aware of all the details we can provide and are thankful for the call.
