Young Talent Needed to Fill the Gaps of Retiring Baby Boomers

As an OSHA inspector, I work for the American worker.  DOL needs to attract talented young minds to fill in the gaps left by retiring baby boomer personnel.  Cutting benefits and wages are short-sighted and irresponsible.  Without attracting talented workers within OSHA and the DOL, American workers ultimately will suffer more than ever.  Help us, help your sons, daughters, and spouses at work to come home safely each and every day.  It’s the right thing to do.
